Matt is able to teach me in a way that is relevant to my current skill level. Over the past year I was able to go from not understanding the Chet style picking patterns, to being able to play along as I learn the tunes.
My lessons once per week are my one hour to shut myself off from everything else and be all about guitar playing.
The lessons I have had with Matt have been very educational and rewarding, and I look forward to many more in the future.
